PipeCheck offers QuickLock mechanical point repair for the rehabilitation of damaged pipes.

This instant and permanent pipe repair method consists of only 2 components: a 316L stainless steel sleeve body covered by a seamless EPDM compression seal.

QuickLock is a trenchless pipe repair method - no digging is required.

There is also no resin – there is no cure time. It is a cost-efficient solution for repairing and reinstating the structural integrity of the pipe quickly and easily.

All equipment trucks are outfitted to perform QuickLock repairs – so if we find a problem, we can fix it. It is cheaper and easier to identify and repair minor problems than to perform costly replacement projects at the expense of private yards, streets, highways, and local businesses.

Meets ASTM F3110-14 Standard

NSF/ANSI Standard 61 Certified for potable water.

Liner End Seal - from 6" to 32" pipe diameter

The QuickLock End liner end seal is used to seal and protect CIPP liners where they enter and connect to the manhole. This system instantly and permanently eliminates two (2) major problems after a CIPP liner is installed:
  • It fully seals the liner to the host pipe, preventing inflow along the liner running into the manhole.
  • It protects the liner-end section from potential physical damage caused by a root cutter or jetting nozzle.
PipeCheck offers this installation service to repair new and existing CIPP liner installations.

Quick Lock Big

  • The Quick-Lock-BIG system was developed as a separable cuff for renovation in accessible pipe systems.
  • The Quick-Lock-BIG is a man-placed version of the standard Quick-Lock.
  • Classic damages are sleeve leakages and radial tears. In connection with an overlapping rubber, stretch damages that are longer than the overall length of the cuff can also be renovated.
